Individual Motivation in Movement Sessions
Individual coaching is so impactful. It provides the most immediate path to growth by allowing us to create a partnership and get at the heart of who you are, what your motivations are, as well as your challenges. The sessions are personalized according to the clients specific needs at that time, as well as goals.
It is my recommendation for new clients to start with the 6 session package. I think to truly see the benefits to coaching you must commit to the ongoing process.
I have seen optimal results from clients that commit to at least six sessions. Most clients choose to continue ongoing sessions, as they see the growth and realize it is something they want to continue. Each sessions is 50 minutes long. 6 Session Package (Recommended) - Includes an initial free 30 minute consult to decide if its a good fit. 6 one on one 50min sessions either in person or through video conference based on location.
Individual Empowerment Sessions - Includes one 50 minute session without the commitment of the package. If you are in need of a quick pick me up, focusing on something very specific, and one session is what time and budget allow, this may be a good choice for you. Whether it be goal setting, brainstorming, or exploring mindset and inspiration.
Ongoing Weekly Sessions - If you decide life coaching is something you would like to keep in your life, we can work out a "weekly" rate depending on availability. Also check out subscription page information.
Motivation In Movement Dance Sessions - Using dance and movement to express and explore who you are, and what are the challenges you face. Combining dance, with personal growth exercises, mediation, and visualization. This program is the ideal fit for anyone trying get back into their body, whether you have dance experience or not. Ultimately to become more present, by excercising all three centers of intelligence. I take the same tools and exercises from the one on one coaching and combine them with improv dance to break down whats holding you back and enabling you to realize your full potential. Studio Motivation in Movement Experiences
Motivation in Movement Master Class Experience:
The first interaction with Motivation in Movement is generally best experienced in person and among peers. The Motivation in Movement introductory workshop is a 2 hour workshop split up by age or by teams. It introduces the idea that dance goes beyond the technical training, and is so intertwined with who we are, and what our story is. That we each individually have something unique to offer, that is different than everyone else. Through group discussion, journaling, coaching tools, visualization, mindfulness and improv we explore each dancers story, their why, their challenges, and celebrate exactly where they are at in their journey.

Motivation In Movement Workshop Experience:
This includes a full day experience for the dancer. Materials are provided including journals and folders with handouts. The ideas from the masterclass are expanded on and more time is spent group coaching, developing the ideas, as well as dancing. Dancers will learn choreography that reflects the concepts learned. A wholistic and meaningful experience meant to make your dancers feel more confident and connected to each other.

Motivation in Movement Studio Intensive:
Looking for a solution to take your studio and dancers to the next level? My Motivation In Movement Intensive provides your studio with a personalized weekend workshop that provides your students with all of my wellness coaching techniques taught in a workshop format. We will explore body and mind wellness as dancers and people. We will work on goal setting and tracking, look at challenges we must face and overcome as dancers and humans, and the mindset an individual must have for success. It also includes several signature Motivation and Movement improv classes in which the dancers are able to tell their own story and discover the motivation they need to not only change their dancing, but change their lives. It is an emotional journey where they are able to tap into vulnerability in order to get to courage.
